No. You keep full ownership of everything you post. You give TroveStays a non-exclusive licence to show your content on the platform — and the Creator Agreement explicitly bans us from selling it into stock-content libraries. Post the same videos on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, anywhere.
Not you — ever. Bookings and card payments are processed by LiteAPI, the hotel-booking infrastructure behind thousands of travel sites, and TroveStays support handles guest questions, changes, and refunds. Your followers get a professional booking experience; you never touch money or customer service.
Your commission adjusts with the refund, like every affiliate and booking program. That's also why each commission unlocks 7 days after check-out — so what you're paid is money that's actually settled and yours.
Real stays only — hotels you've actually been to. Videos are portrait, 5–120 seconds, at least 720p (normal phone footage passes easily). Honest, kind, useful: the feed stays premium, which is what keeps bookings converting.

You're an independent creator, not an employee, so your earnings are your own to declare wherever you're tax-resident. We provide an annual earnings statement to make filing easy.
